PP GF25

GalloPP GF25 is an in-house development by Galloprint that has been specially designed for 3D printing. This material consists of polypropylene filled with 25% glass fibres to minimise shrinkage and warping behaviour. This makes GalloPP GF25 just as easy to process as our GalloPLA. It offers excellent adhesion to the print bed and a low tendency to warp, allowing precise and reliable printing results.

GalloPP GF25 impresses with its excellent impact strength, high flexibility and special acid resistance. It is therefore ideal for applications in which printed parts are exposed to aggressive chemicals or other influences. The material is also weatherproof and UV-resistant and can be used outdoors without any problems.

The matt surface with a rough surface appearance gives the printed parts an attractive appearance. However, it is recommended to use appropriate dimensioning with more material for critical areas and wall thicknesses, as the strength of GalloPP GF25 is lower compared to other materials due to the material.
